Today’s poem is what happens when I can find absolutely no creativity within me. Alright, poem starts in 3… 2… 1!The cursor kept on blinking as I trashed another draft. Doubting whether I could keep up with this crafty craft. 😣😣 Concepts flashing in and out, but nothing I could write. Nothing that could please a crowd or cause any delight.
Loved the surprise ending of the poem. A great reminder to slow down to give your voice some space. I’m digging the NTO song as well, very hypnotic. 😀👍🏽
Brilliant. You showed that Writer's Block what's the real deal. Well written, my friend. That's the fun part of being a poet: if all else fails, you can write about your writer's block. And if you're a poet worth its salt, you write a great poem about it. Like you did here.
