Thank you for the food tour...I was so ready to pull up a chair. You simply must put captions under the food photos as I want to know all you have enjoyed! Last trip for us was Peru and the food was also a highlight. The freshness of the fruits and seafood was so fine. I also loved all the small upgrades...like herbed fries and lots of infused fruited waters. Sometimes a sprinkle and a drizzle is all it takes to make something special. And of course sharing it with other!
I didn't even take photos of all that I ate there, the hero of the show, the fruit muesli itself was gobbled up so quickly that I had to find a stock photo for it. I had it at a place called Auroville cafe, if you visit Pondicherry, you MUST visit.
The pizza was at a place called Tanto's, a long-standing establishment, and it reminded me of pizza I once had in Munich from a hole in the wall pizza place. It was delicious.
The ramen and gimbap were at a place called Nowana, super aesthetic, really well decorated, and with amazing food across the board from vegan to meaty.
Pondicherry used to be a French colony, and Auroville attracts thousands of European visitors every year. It is really a cultural melting pot on a beach. You must visit!
Thank you, I have been to India once and LOVED it. I thought people that believe in reincarnation are the kindest people. I am not religious but consider myself spiritual and very community minded. I felt that there. Yes, the food was wonderful and varied!
Kya khub, vah

Thanks Rebecca, I felt so much joy writing it!
