I visited the beautiful beach town of Pondicherry in the south of India this weekend to meet a few friends who were flying down for a holiday. This was my first time visiting and oh my goodness, it was such a delightful trip! From the architectural beauty of Auroville to the pristine beaches overlooking the Bay of Bengal, I loved each and every part of the place. I stayed in an 80 acre forest, and my room was a wooden stilted hut. It was an outstanding trip.
But the best part of this trip was actually the food in the community! From the scrumptious breakfasts to hearty lunches to mind-blowing dinners, it was a food bonanza. My heart was especially taken by the fruit muesli I had for breakfast - the freshest quality fruits with the crunchiest muesli and yummiest organic honey - it was the best breakfast ever!
Today’s poem is about that food. Oh, that food…
Alright, poem starts in 3… 2… 1!
In Pondicherry's sunlit grace, I wandered with an eager pace, to where the sea and sky embrace, and friends meet face to face. 🌊🏖 This town, where past and present meld, with stories that each corner held, But man, oh man, those meals compelled, my heart into their spells. 🥞❤️ At dawn, a bowl of muesli bright, with fruits that danced in morning's light. Honeyed drizzled with delight tastes and textures that excite. 🥣🍍🍎🍯 From pizzas with a crust so thin, to ramen that made my head spin. Each flavor, oh, it made me grin. A feast of joy, almost a sin. 🍕🍜 Beyond the feast for palate’s play, it is the bond of hearts that stays, In Pondicherry’s sunlit days, friendships bloomed in every way. 👩🏻🌾🧔🏻♂️🙋🏻♂️👨🏼🦲👩🏻⚕️ This place so picturesque and rare, and friends so full of love and care, made for a trip beyond compare, so wait no more, take a trip somewhere! 🏝🚙✈️

Some Fun Stuff
1. Play “Flip Bros” on your browser: Web-based games are quickly becoming my favorite ways to discover new and unique games. Flip Bros is one such experience, with a simple mechanism that makes you want to play again and again to improve. Check it out for funs and giggles!
2. Listen to Discotheque by Romare: I’ve been a Romare fan ever since I saw him live in the Netherlands and was blown away by his music. A connoisseur of fine tunes, and a producer extraordinaire, he is able to put tunes and samples into wonderful symphonies of musical art. This one, his latest, is a great listen and has found its way into my liked songs. Check it out!
3. Watch “Simulating Biology in Other Dimensions”: Ever wondered what a life-form would be like in 4 dimensions? How about 2? Well, think no more, as this fascinating deep dive into the limits of imagination in video games is just nuts. I was constantly fascinated by each new game that the narrator introduced and kept trying to think what 4 dimensions actually feel like. It is a unique and thought-provoking video and you should check it out!
That's it for this week. See you next Tuesday!
