Getting out in nature helps me shift out of frustration. Breathe fresh air. Sometimes a simple task of raking the yard can help. Repetitive tasks can soothe. I also like to do some craft that allows me to go into the "flow" for that reason. As for ideas of what to write about I used to keep a journal of what I called one liners. They were just snippets of ideas I may have talked about with friends or something interesting I learned through books and life. I still like to read some of my thoughts from college. Not a diary or journal just quick jots of fun thoughts/ideas we all have.
Writer's block happens, when you can't think of anything to write...Right now, I am not feeling great...I had an accident, which hurt my rib, so it is difficult to sit down...without feeling it first and foremost and I can't think of anything else. It is blocking me right now.
Every thing that happens to you is a temporary phase of life. It will pass & you will be you again
You're so genuine and wise in an accessible way and funny...thanks and God bless you!
That's so kind of you to say, Douglas! Thank you ❤️

I think nature is definitely the best healer too. Whatever the place - grass or water or hill, it always brings the best feelings!
