Why do we do this?

Today’s poem is dedicated to all those people who make promises but make no plans to even get started.

You know, like I did last week.

Although, I did make up shortly after, in case you missed checking it out!

I had an interaction like this with someone at work today, and so was inspired to pen down the exact conversation in the form of a poem. We laughed at it eventually, and I will share this one with them just for the giggles!

Alright, poem starts in 3… 2… 1!

I’ll make it all happen, I’ll win all their hearts!

I’ll solve all the problems, I’ll have all the cards!

I’ll do it, I’ll fix it, I’ll find out a way!

“But when will you start it?” - “Oh, you know, one day.”
