Today’s poem is about the tiny journeys hidden in the long journey of life.
I’m curious to know - which tiny journey of your life’s experiences has helped you become a better person?

Alright, poem starts in 3… 2… 1!
Let's talk about a simple word that means something so vast. "Journeys" are our life itself, our future, present, past. They're made of all you can and will and all you could and should. They seem to last forever, till they stop to last for good. They're always full of ups and downs and highs and lows and more. You never really know what every moment has in store. But one thing I know surely is that every journey ends. What matters is who came along I'm glad that it was you, my friend.
That’s it! Thanks for reading edition 165 of Hello Universe.

I’m good friends with Sean, Meco’s cofounder. In our conversations, he’s shared with me his vision for helping readers access the content of their interest in the most user-friendly, frictionless way possible.
I like Sean’s vision and thought it was important to highlight the good work him and team are doing with Meco. Give it a shot and let me know in the comments if you like the app!
2. Listen to Kafi Lied by Kalabrese and Sarah Palin: A relaxed, laid back track to get you in the mood for some chilling. Check it out!
3. Check out the Super Stadium Diecast Hatchback Tournament by 3DBotmaker: Few Youtube channels achieve the level of immersion and silliness that 3DBotmaker does, through his Diecast racing tournaments. This new tournament is another tour de force, showing off the channel’s impeccable production quality and sense of humor. You’ll be surprised how immersed you can get in the outcomes of a toy car race. Check it out!
That’s it for this week, see you next Tuesday!
I was probably around 25 years old and purchased my first house...an 800 sq. ft cabin on Whidbey Island, WA. My father came to spend the Summer with me from upstate NY. He painted my house pink with yellow trim (good guy) and did a lot of small repairs. I have no idea what I was fighting with him over as he sat in my kitchen. But he put his hands over his face for a moment and said this to me. "I am old, you are young, you need to have more patience with me." I was immediately shamed and very sorry. I grew a lot in that moment and we never had another spat between us. It is still painful to think about 40 years later but it was an important side road to understanding what's always important. Kindness.
Awwwww, this is beautiful. 😍
