JOY
Today’s post is a bit different, because I want to share with you something cool I did at work!
For the past year or so, my colleagues and I had been working on conceptualizing a brand campaign to best communicate how we create “Everyday Joys” for our customers. Together with world-class talent and creative partners, we finally created 3 short films to communicate it, and here they are!
I am super-duper-incredibly proud of how these stories have come alive. They are truly universal and timeless! We wanted to showcase how the little moments of joy at home are what add up to a lifetime of happiness, like a fresh new bud growing in your balcony garden, or your family taking care not to disturb your nap, or when your adventurous son finally takes his first bath!
My favorite film is the one with the fresh new bud of chili. His excitement is just so adorable!
I would love to know - Which one’s your favorite? - do share in the comments below or as a reply to this email. 😀😀
Hope you enjoyed them, and here is today’s poem about “Joy”.
Poem starts in 3… 2… 1!
A crispy snack.
A knuckle crack.
A soothing summer breeze.
🌞🍃
A toothy smile.
And for a while,
complete and total peace.
😇🕊️
A tasty bun.
A shining sun.
A friend so nice and true.
🍻🤗
A happy song
when nothing's wrong.
A sky so clear and blue.
🌞🏙️🌞
The smell of flowers.
And happy hours.
A childhood full of toys.
🧩🧸🎈
Big or small,
for one and all,
a life of lovely joys.
😀😄
Thanks for checking out edition no. 35 of Hello Universe! As promised last week, I am now fully recovered from COVID. 😊
I had written this poem inspired by the work I was doing on these films, and had posted it on Hello Universe back in August. Now, with these films live, it felt right to share it again.
That’s it for this week, see you next Tuesday!
