Has it been a year already?
Yes. It’s been ONE FULL YEAR since I started writing Hello Universe. What an amazing ride!
Thanks for being a part of this journey with me. Today’s edition is a year-in-review of this newsletter. I started on this journey as a fluke, thinking that if I could do 10 weeks without a break, that would be great. But here we are, 52 weeks in, not a single week missed. Woohoo!
That’s what today’s poem is about. Here we go, in 3… 2… 1!
I sit and write, I type and type. Word by word it starts. I sit and write. Through noise and quiet. In tiny little parts. ✍✍✍ I find some time. I sculpt a rhyme, about some jokes and memes. I find some time, and find that I'm creating new routines. ✍✍✍ So, thanks my friend! for reading through. these poems - fifty two! And thanks my friend! I wouldn't do this if it weren't for YOU! 🙏🙏🙏
That’s it! Thanks for reading Hello Universe every week. Your thoughts, comments, and messages motivate me to keep sharing this whimsical poetry experiment out into the world every Tuesday. Scroll down for a mini year-in-review of Hello Universe. It might feature your words too 😇.
