Change the world
Hello Universe 279
Today's poem is about you, dear reader!
Alright, poem starts in 3… 2… 1!
Our world is changed in tiny ways by what you do and what you say. Your smile, your frown, your helping hand brings changes all across the land. Your voice can lift someone up high, or leave them broken, left to cry. Your choice to act, or just ignore, determines what is held in store. So when you think you're but a grain, too small to ease up this world's pain - Recall how pebbles make a spread of circles out as ripples tread. The drops that make an ocean wide, are single drops of water tied. The stars that shine up in the night together make the heavens bright. Each day in small, uncommon ways, we shape this world through nights and days. So choose your words and actions true for change begins inside of you.
That's it! Thanks for reading edition 279 of Hello Universe!

Here's a great new Tinzo mix on the way out:
That's it for this week. See you next Tuesday!

Thanks for your Change the World...liked it very much. Every day I focus on improving myself, so I can share what I learn with others. If i can improve myself in my 90s, I want to give people the hope that they can do it to at their age. Every morning at 6;30 I'm out doing a 90 minute non-stop walk covering 4-1/2 miles. Exercise is important! Sunlight is important, too. The best source of Vitamin D is sunshine...and I get 50 minutes in the morning, too. Eating as much raw food as possible is ultra important...so I eat as much fruit as possible. Our trees are providing us abundantly this summer, apricot, peach and figs. I eat 10-12... 4 oz servings of fruit daily. We also have chickens, so we have the best organic eggs. It is a miracle how we wound up in Utah in 2019...We were living in a condo in the Los Angeles area and came here for a week to visit friends. I wound up spotting an affordable home...and making an offer on it immediately. Within less than three months we were back here in Utah living in a home...with enough land to plant trees. We left Los Angeles before the riots and the lockdowns. It was a spur of the moment decision, but it was the right one. We have a bronze-colored scroll on our wall saying BLESSED. .
